Privacy Policy

What information we need from you? When you place an order with Hard Softy, details such as your name, billing address, delivery address, email address and phone number are collected in order to deliver goods to your door. These details are retained safely in our database for record keeping purposes. Any changes or modifications to these details feel free to shoot us an email

What information goes into the clouds? When paying online using your credit card, your card details are not viewed by us or by any person except you, at any time during the transaction. We do not retain your credit card details and our payment gateway is PCI compliant including secure and encrypted shopping.


How long will my delivery take? We do our very best to get your order processed and dispatched as soon as we receive it. Once it is in the hands of the courier delivery times are usually as follows: Melbourne same day or next day, Sydney 2 days, Adelaide 2 days, Brisbane 3 days, Tasmania 4 days, Perth 5 days, Northern Territory 7 days.​​​

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. What if my product is damaged or lost?

Freight companies unfortunately do not recognise claims that have been signed for or left unattended where an authority to leave the product has been given. If you suspect breakage simply hand the box back to the driver and do not sign for it. I repeat do not sign it! If this occurs, we will issue a replacement and re-delivery, on us, of course!


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
